The most common conditions

– Pes planus and pes planovalgus
– Lowered or lost metatarsal arch
– Metatarsalgia
– Heel spur
– Articulatio talocruralis (ankle pain)
– Curved Achilles tendons
– Reduced blood circulation in feet muscles and veins
– Tension in feet and leg muscles and Achilles tendons
– Valgus and lighter varus knee positions (and rotations of Tibia and Fibula as a consequence)
– Hip alignment issues
– Shorter leg as consequence of bad alignment and rotated ankles and hips ( due to present foot deformities)
– Scoliotic and kyphotic states (spine)
